Contact and cooperation with me

I process personal data provided to me by you if you decide to contact me or cooperate with me. Generally, that means an e-mail and in case of further cooperation (contractual), I process personal data such as first and last name, address, telephone number or other data depending on the content and scope of communication or cooperation.

I process these personal data for the purpose of answering your request, communicating with you or fulfilling a contract. The legal ground for the processing of personal data is therefore the performance of a contract and my legitimate interest in handling your requests.

The provision of these personal data to me is completely voluntary based solely on your decision to contact me. Obviously, I will not be able to cooperate with you otherwise.

I process personal data for as long as necessary. In case of non-binding communication, I process the data for the duration of our communication. In case of contractual cooperation, I process the data for the duration of the contract and then store it in order to legally protect myself against legal claims or other disputes.

In such a case, I will no longer process your personal data unless I shall have legitimate grounds for the processing or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Without prejudice to the above mentioned rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
